12. Westveense molen

De Westveense Molen is een poldermolen uit 1676 in Woerdense Verlaat. Mogelijk is de molen al ouder en stamt uit 1647. In 1672 zijn er vijf poldermolens verwoest door brand. Bouwjaar 1676 is zeer aannemelijk voor de huidige molen. De molen is gebouwd om de polder Westveen te bemalen. Tot 1976 heeft deze molen zelfstandig een gebied van ongeveer 145 ha bemalen. De molen is volledig gerestaureerd en sinds 2010 weer te bezichtigen.
